Craft Line’s Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth ordering, production, and delivery process. Please review the following carefully.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of purchase order, approved proof, and payment (unless on approved terms)
• Net 30 terms are available for qualified accounts only
• Accounts past due may be moved to prepay status
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
• Pricing is subject to change and is not guaranteed until confirmed on an official quote or order acknowledgment

PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

• Production begins after proof approval and payment

Typical Production Times:

• Laser Engraved: 10–15 business days
• Printed: 15–20 business days
• Deep Etch: Quoted per order
• Large or complex orders may require additional time
• Delays in artwork, approvals, or payment will impact ship dates
• Ship dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Etching:

• Black & white vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
• Minimum 1 pt. line weight

Printing:

• CMYK artwork at 150–300 dpi
• Sized to imprint area (scaling not recommended)

Fonts:

• Convert all fonts to outlines or provide font files
• Bold, simple fonts are recommended
• Artwork requiring modification may incur an art charge

PROOFS

• Virtual proofs are provided at no charge
• One revision is included; additional revisions may incur charges
• Proofs are approximate representations of the final product
• Orders over $2,500 may require a preproduction sample or signed waiver

SAMPLES

All samples are invoiced at time of shipment with 30-day terms.

A credit card is required and will be pre-authorized but not charged unless:

• Samples are not returned within 30 days
• Samples are returned damaged

Random Samples (if available):

• EQP less 10%
• No setup charge

Spec Samples:

• Priced at EQP
• 50% off setup charge
• Remaining 50% of setup charge will be waived if an order is placed
• Shipping charges are not included
• Not available for screen printed glassware

Screen Printed Glassware Spec Samples:

• $100 (V), includes shipping
• $50 setup charge waived if order is placed

Self-Promotional Orders:

• EQP less 10%
• 50% off setup charge
• Does not apply to screen printed glassware

Screen Printed Self-Promos:

• Full setup charge applies
• Standard 2-column pricing applies

Blank Samples:

• Priced at EQP

SET-UP & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• Setup charges vary by item and decoration method
• Art cleanup: $75 (T) per hour if required
• Personalization: $4.00 (V) per piece
• Color fill: $8.00 (C) per color, per item, per location
• PMS color matching available for an additional charge; exact matches cannot be guaranteed

SHIPPING

• All orders ship F.O.B. Craft Line facilities
• Production may occur at multiple locations depending on the product
• Shipping methods include UPS and LTL
• Freight quotes are estimates and may vary from actual carrier charges

Packaging & Handling Fees

• Standard cartons (under 8,000 in³):
  $7.00 (V) per box
  (Applies to non-glassware items such as leatherette, gift-boxed items, etc.)
• Double-wall cartons (cutting boards/heavy items):
  $9.00 (V) per box
• SafePack Deluxe (glassware/breakables):
  $10.00 (V) per box
• Pallets:
  $15.00 (V) per pallet
  (No additional fee unless repackaging into individual cartons is required)
• Customer shipping accounts:
  $7.00 (V) per box packing fee applies

DROP SHIPMENTS

• $10.00 (T) per destination after the first
• Addresses must be provided in Excel format

---

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CLAIMS

• No returns will be accepted without prior written approval
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Custom decorated items are non-returnable except in cases of damage

All damage claims must include:

• Images of damaged product
• Images of damaged outer cartons
• Close-up image of tracking label or BOL

Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.

• The receiver must file all claims with the carrier and retain packaging for inspection
• Title to goods passes at F.O.B. point
• Craft Line is not responsible for carrier damage or items reshipped by the recipient

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or materials have been ordered
• Glassware cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

---

PRODUCT QUALITY

• Variations in glass, wood, and other materials are normal
• Slight differences in imprint placement, color, and texture may occur
• These variations are inherent to the process and are not considered defects

GENERAL POLICIES

• Minimum quantities apply per product listing
• Orders ship exact quantities
• Inventory is subject to availability
• Craft Line reserves the right to update pricing and policies at any time

TRADEMARKS & COMPLIANCE

• The customer assumes all responsibility for submitted artwork, logos, and trademarks
• Craft Line assumes all artwork is submitted in compliance with applicable laws
• No endorsement is implied by sample products

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Holiday guarantees apply to ship dates only, not delivery dates
• Carrier delays are outside of our control
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control may impact production and shipping timelines
